Shipping
Your order will be sent in the next 24 - 48 hours of having received the order. PeruIsArt.20m.com realizes the mailing of the products by the postal service of Peru (SERPOST), which has these ways of work: traditional service - first class - certificate. The daily hour of closing orders is at 9:00 AM (GMT - 5:00, hour of Lima, Peru), and all the orders that are paid after the mentioned hour will be considered into the following working day.
Delivery Time
These are the times of standard process. Sometimes it is possible that in some exceptional circumstance as an excess of orders or other circumstances out of our control the delivery is late. In any case, we will send you an email when your products are sent and you can estimate when to receive them. In a normal situation all the orders will be send in 24 hours and the time of delay depends of the distance (from 7 to 10 working days for America and from 15 to 20 working days for the rest of the world). If some of your requested products delivery will be late, we will communicate it to you by e-mail or by phone. In all your buys with us you will have the guarantee that you order will receive personalized attention and any question or doubt will be solved in 24 hours.
Returns
- PeruIsArt.20m.com doesn´t accept the return of the product or the products.
- PeruIsArt.20m.com accepts the the product back in the following cases: The product is not the same that you requested or it does not correspond to the description of our Web Site * (For more details read our Conditions of Use)
- The product that you acquired is damaged before the reception and conformity of the same one. Recomendation: Open the package in front of the postman and take note of any damage in the product.

- Introduce correctly all your information and verify your adress, if the adress is incorrect, our company does not take responsibility for the delivery.
- The information that you provide to us for your record as client is obligatory and it must be real. We save for ourselves the right to not accept as client any user who does not provide this information or who provides false information.
- Considering that each piece of art is UNIQUE we would love to add your name and country under the picture of the piece you are adquiring. But, in case you decide we dont show your name or country it won´t be a trouble.
Pictures:
The pictures of different products that are exhibited in a virtual Gallery are at different scales of size. PeruIsArt.20m.com do the best for offering to our clients as similar as possible pictures of our products. That is why we also show you the measurements of our products.
Artwork:
Remember that our art pieces ARE UNIQUE, We only offer to you one (01) Art Piece, not only because is hand made, is the Desing is Exclusive and we dont produce them in series.
Payments:
We accept only payments with Paypal. If you have an account in this service of payment, you will be able to pay your order, with the available fund in your account or with your credit card (VISA - MASTERCARD - ETC.) to realize the payment, you will be forwarded to the web site of Paypal, where you will be able to finish the transaction in a fast and secure site SSL.
